Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Gift cards are nonrefundable.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.

Eligible items can be returned for a full refund or store credit.

What makes an item eligible?

  • Tracking confirms it wasn't delivered

  • Items arrive damaged with photo evidence provided

  • Order is canceled; canceled orders will only be refunded if requested within 2 hours of the order.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days.
A tracking number will be provided for your order.
